FAQ...
Why do I need to see Dr. McMillan before my pet starts therapy?  Sterling Impression is a veterinary supervised practice and much like a cardiologist specializes in the heart, Dr. McMillan specializes in rehabilitation.  Dr. McMillan will perform a full comprehensive exam to determine what therapies are appropriate and safe for your pet.

My dog does not like the water how will this affect their therapy plan?  The staff at Sterling Impression will work with your pet in a positive manor to ensure a good experience.  While hydrotherapy is a wonderful tool, it is just one of many modalities offered at Sterling Impression.  Therapy plans can be tailored to your pets needs to ensure the best outcome.

Can I stay with my pet during therapy?  Yes, you are allowed to be with your pet during treatment. We will teach you techniques to do at home with your pet to continue therapy.
